As many as seven pedicabs were controlled by Satpol PP personnel in Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (4/27). The effort was done to enforce Bylaw No. 8/2007 about Public Order.
They were controlled at Pasar Rawa Kerbau on Jalan Rawasari Selatan
Cempaka Putih Sub-district Head, Lola Lovita, admitted the effort is based on Jakarta Provincial Government’s orderliness programs. Pedicabs are often disturbing traffic line.

150 Personnel Pursue PMKSNot only pedicabs, her side also controlled 10 people with social-welfare problem (PMKS) on Jalan Inspeksi Cempaka Putih Timur. As many as 35 joint personnel from Satpol PP, social agency, army and police were deployed.
